This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to the TrackyTrade software application and related services provided by TrackyTrade LLC ("TrackyTrade," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this 7-day window, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
1. Free Trial
Before subscribing, you may use the Service free of charge for a 7-day trial period. No payment method is required to begin the trial. The free trial is intended to give you the opportunity to evaluate the Service before paying. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your access to the Service ends but no charge is made.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your subscription payment by contacting us within 7 calendar days of the date the payment was processed. This applies to:
- Initial monthly subscription purchases;
- Initial annual subscription purchases;
- New subscriptions following a prior cancellation.
The 7-day window begins on the date the initial subscription payment is processed by Paddle. Refund requests must be submitted within this window.
3. No Refunds on Renewals
Subscription renewals (the automatic charges that occur at the end of each billing cycle to extend your subscription) are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. The money-back guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase, not to renewal charges.
To avoid being charged for a renewal you do not want, cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through Paddle's customer portal (see Section 6 below). Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund prior payments.
4. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day money-back guarantee window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable. Specifically:
- No prorated refund is available for the unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription period;
- Cancellation of your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current paid period;
- Unused subscription time is not credited toward future subscriptions.
This policy reflects the nature of the Service as a digital product where access is provided immediately upon subscription.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day money-back guarantee window, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The email address associated with your subscription;
- The date of your initial subscription payment;
- A brief reason for the refund request (helpful for us to improve the Service, but not required).
Refund requests may also be submitted directly to Paddle, our Merchant of Record, by replying to your subscription receipt email or contacting Paddle support.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether or not you are seeking a refund. To cancel:
- Locate the subscription receipt email you received from Paddle when you subscribed;
- Use the customer portal link in that email to manage and cancel your subscription;
- Alternatively, you may request cancellation by emailing us at [email protected].
Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period;
- No further charges will be made to your payment method;
- You may continue to use locally-stored data on your device (TrackyTrade has no ability to delete data from your device).
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider. International refunds may take longer.
8. Refunds Required by Law
This policy does not limit any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
European Union, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK and EEA consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing and beginning to use the Service immediately, you may be deemed to have expressly consented to the start of performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Our 7-day money-back guarantee provides a contractual refund window regardless of the statutory framework. Other jurisdictions: Where local law provides refund or withdrawal rights more generous than our policy, those local rights apply.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate concern.
Filing a chargeback for a charge that complies with this Refund Policy may result in immediate termination of your subscription and access to the Service.
10. Exceptions
In our sole discretion, we may issue refunds outside the parameters of this policy in cases of:
- Demonstrable technical failures of the Service that prevented you from using what you paid for;
- Billing errors;
- Hardship or other exceptional circumstances.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (to the address associated with your subscription) or through the Service or Website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes will not retroactively affect refund rights for purchases made before the change took effect.
