Cookie Policy

Last updated: [DATE TO BE SET AT PUBLICATION]

This Cookie Policy explains how TrackyTrade LLC ("TrackyTrade," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the trackytrade.com website (the "Website"). For information about how we handle personal data more broadly, please see our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, to remember user preferences, and to provide information to website owners. "Similar technologies" includes things like local storage, pixels, and tags that perform comparable functions.

Our Approach to Cookies

TrackyTrade uses cookies only for strictly necessary and security purposes. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics.

Cookies We Use

Cloudflare Turnstile (Bot Protection)

Our waitlist signup form and other forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot detection service. Turnstile may set a cookie to verify that form submissions are made by real users and not automated bots. Turnstile is designed as a privacy-friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHA services; it does not track you across other websites. More information is available at cloudflare.com/products/turnstile.

Paddle Checkout

When you visit our pricing page or initiate a subscription checkout, Paddle (our Merchant of Record and payment processor) may set cookies to facilitate the secure checkout process, maintain your session during payment, and prevent fraud. These cookies are strictly necessary for the checkout to function. Paddle's use of cookies is governed by their privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Cloudflare Hosting

Our Website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for the secure operation of the Website, such as load balancing and security verification cookies. These cookies do not track you for marketing purposes.

What We Do NOT Use

We deliberately do not use:

The TrackyTrade Desktop Application

The TrackyTrade Windows desktop application does not use cookies. It operates as a local Windows application on your device. The Application does communicate with our subscription validation service at most once per 24 hours, on launch, to verify your subscription status (sending only your email address, not trade data or other personal information), but this communication does not use cookies.

Server Logs vs. Cookies

For clarity: when you visit trackytrade.com, our hosting infrastructure automatically records server log information (including your IP address and browser type) for security, performance, and operational purposes. Server logs are not cookies; they are a separate technical mechanism described in our Privacy Policy.

Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our pricing and checkout pages — in particular, the Paddle checkout process requires cookies to function. For instructions on managing cookies in your specific browser, refer to your browser's help documentation.

Browser-Level Privacy Signals

Because we do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell personal information, browser-level privacy signals such as "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) and "Do Not Track" do not change our practices — we already do not engage in the tracking behaviors these signals are designed to prevent.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly if we change our use of cookies or add new functionality to the Website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Website.
